Entries

• Entries open November 6th, 2026

• Regular entry fees close Dec 1, 2026 ($65)

• Late entry fees start December 2nd, 2026 ($120)

• We will accept entries until the night before each show

• We will continue using the Showman App to make the process easier and more efficient. 

Weights

• The minimum weight limit on Market barrows and Breeding Gilts is 190lbs. again to give more exhibitors a chance to show both ways in the Prospect and Breeding/Market shows. 

Pens and Trailers

Due to limited space at the fairgrounds, we cannot add any pens or trailer spots. Everyone who needs a pen or trailer spot must purchase one online through Taylor Fort Sales. Sales are first come, first served, and we expect spots to sell out.

November 6 at 8:00 p.m. — Buy-now sale for remaining inventory

NOVEMBER 5: SPONSORSHIP AUCTION

We will auction 20 sponsorships through Taylor Fort Sales. All proceeds benefit the scholarship fund. Learn more at https://www.texasnationalstockshow.com/scholarship.

Each sponsorship includes:

• One trailer spot of your choice

• Four pens of your choice

Sponsorships are ranked 1 through 20 for picking order. The first-ranked sponsorship gets first choice, the second-ranked sponsorship gets second choice, and so on.

NOVEMBER 6: BUY-NOW SALE

Any pens and trailer spots remaining after the sponsorship auction will be offered for purchase. Prices decrease at set times:

8:00 p.m. — Pens: $50 each | Trailer spots: $250 each

8:30 p.m. — Pens: $40 each | Trailer spots: $200 each

9:00 p.m. and later — Pens: $30 each | Trailer spots: $150 each

Prices will remain at the lowest rate until all items are sold. If you need several pens, shop as soon as the sale opens.

There will be no free pens this year. The City of Wichita Falls has increased pen-use fees by 65%, so all pens must be purchased.
